Colleen brings over 10 years of experience in the general insurance industry where she attained her CAIB designation.  Colleen joined the Harcourt team to work in the insurance recruiting practice, eventually growing to take over the insurance area.  While she's a green thumb and expert hobby baker, Colleen gets her greatest job satisfaction from finding the best 'fit' for both client and candidate.
