Janet Fowler, Digital Data Specialist

Janet brings over 10 years of writing, editing and social media experience to the Harcourt team. With a Business Education degree from the University of Alberta, Janet has a diverse background covering a variety of business-related disciplines including human resources, marketing, computing and organization analysis. Janet also has a wealth of experience in web writing and continues to write business-related content for several American-based financial websites with many of her articles being featured on such sites as MSN, The Globe and Mail, Forbes, ABC News, Yahoo, Canoe, and Fox News.

Janet’s role at Harcourt requires her to work with Harcourt’s Recruiters, as well as our NPA partners, using her savvy web skills to locate talented candidates. Janet also writes much of Harcourt’s web content, administrates our social networking profiles, and reviews and distributes the many resumes that Harcourt receives each day.

In Janet’s spare time, she can often be found reading, practicing yoga, watching a movie, or planning her next holiday.  She loves to travel and has been lucky enough to not only live in Australia, but has also had the opportunity to travel extensively within North America and abroad.  Janet also enjoys mountain biking, walking and running.
